Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead .Net Fullstack to guide our development team in building robust and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies and a proven track record of leading development projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development team in designing and implementing scalable .NET applications.
Collaborate with product management to define project scope and deliverables.
Review code and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and design.
Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical direction.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Skills and Qualifications

12-16 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
Solid understanding of RESTful services and API development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
