Technical Lead MS Dynamics CRM / D365

As a Technical Lead MS Dynamics CRM/D365 at VCS Digital LLC, your role will involve overseeing the architecture, design, and deployment of MS Dynamics CRM/D365 solutions to meet client requirements. You will be responsible for managing a team of developers, conducting code reviews, ensuring quality assurance, and providing technical leadership throughout project lifecycles. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, offer insights for solution optimization, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the architecture, design, and deployment of MS Dynamics CRM/D365 solutions - Manage a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality assurance - Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and offer insights for solution optimization - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in MS Dynamics CRM/D365 implementation Qualifications: - Proven expertise in MS Dynamics CRM/D365, including technical and functional configuration and customization - Experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and integrating MS Dynamics CRM with other systems - Proficiency in MS Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall - Exceptional problem-solving skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead technical teams effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Relevant certifications in MS Dynamics CRM or D365 are highly desirable - Understanding of ERP and digital transformation strategies is a plus,
