Technical Lead - MERN Stack

As a MERN full stack developer (React.js + Node.js), you will be responsible for the following: Thoroughly understanding React.js and its core principles, along with experience in popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux. You should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Experience with common front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc., is necessary. Your role will involve translating business requirements into technical requirements and utilizing code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial. You must have strong experience with Node.js and related frameworks, as well as server-side programming languages like JavaScript and TypeScript. Proficiency in working with MongoDB and a solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns are essential. Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities are required, along with expertise in front-end technologies including CSS3 and HTML5.
