Job Title: Technical Lead – Manufacturing & Quality

We’re looking for a technical person to handle drawings, support CNC/VMC production, and ensure quality. The role includes checking and correcting drawings, guiding operators, solving machining issues, inspecting parts, and visiting customers to handle rejections and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Review and explain engineering drawings– Coordinate production and support operators– Troubleshoot machining/process issues– Inspect parts as per drawing– Handle customer rejections and give technical solutions

Requirements:
– Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining– Strong drawing-reading & measurement skills– Good communication and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• manfucaturing and quality: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
