Technical Lead

We're looking for a Technical Lead who can lead by exampleowning architecture, guiding engineers, and actively writing code as part of the team.

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications.
• Actively contribute as a hands-on developer, writing clean and maintainable code.
• Review and optimise code for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement and enforce best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD.
• Own the delivery of critical features and ensure smooth deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams.
• Research and adopt new tools or frameworks to improve speed and reliability.

• 5+ years of hands-on coding and system design experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• Frontend: React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js / Laravel / Python
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud: Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in building and scaling products in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and API architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to balance coding and team leadership.

• Experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Exposure to microservices and serverless architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
