Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Platform Reliability & Availability Own uptime SLAs (e.g., 99.9%+) for mission-critical EHR, PMS, Diagnostics, and Patient Portal modules. Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability for all services (API, infra, database, integration). Define and maintain SLI/SLO error budgets to balance reliability and release velocity. Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortems with a blameless culture. 2. Infrastructure & Automation Design and manage cloud-native infrastructure (Azure / AWS / GCP) using IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, Ansible). Automate deployment pipelines (CI/CD) to enable zero-downtime rollouts and safe rollbacks. Build self-healing, auto-scaling environments to handle unpredictable healthcare traffic loads. 3. Compliance, Security & Audit Readiness Ensure infrastructure and operational practices align with HIPAA, ABDM, GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC2. Automate compliance reporting (access logs, encryption, backups, incident history).
