Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and the Spring Framework, with proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and support deployment in DevOps pipelines.
Write efficient SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure seamless integration with relational databases.
Apply design patterns and best practices to create clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Use code management tools (Git/Bitbucket/Azure Repos) to maintain high-quality, version-controlled codebases.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and issue tracking using Jira.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.Contribute to DevOps processes including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automation.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Technical Skills

7+ years of professional experience in Java development.Strong proficiency with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
Solid understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, build automation, monitoring, logging).
Proficiency with code management tools (Git, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos).Experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in agile environments.
Experience with microservices architecture and API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
Experience integrating security best practices into the development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also considered).
Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
