Technical Lead- HL7

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead in HL7 at CitiusTech, you will be part of an agile team responsible for developing interfaces using Mirth Connect interface engine, analyzing HL7 messages, performing unit testing, coordinating with project team members and clients, attending meetings, ensuring quality deliverables, providing technical support and training, and delivering project updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop interfaces using Mirth Connect interface engine - Perform analysis of the HL7 messages provided by the client - Conduct unit testing for the developed interfaces - Coordinate with project team members and clients - Attend client and internal project meetings as per schedule - Perform stringent work reviews to ensure quality deliverables - Provide technical support and training to other users - Project regular updates to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience - Educational Qualifications: Engineering Degree - BE/BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT/CS) - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable - Mandatory Technical skills: - Expert on HL7 v2.x - Experience with interface development on Interface engines like Mirth Connect/Ensemble/Cloverleaf, etc. - Proficiency in writing SQL queries - Good experience with JavaScript - Experience with interface testing - Understanding of Radiology workflows - Ability to learn new skills quickly - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Experience using project management tools like JIRA/Salesforce/Service Now, etc. - Good understanding of healthcare data privacy and security standards - Good to have skills: - Knowledge of US Healthcare Workflows - Experience working with CCDA - Experience working with FHIR Additional Company Details: CitiusTech focuses on building highly motivated engineering teams and thought leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, centered on core values of Passion, Respect, Openness, Unity, and Depth (PROUD) of knowledge.
