Technical Lead - Golang & React

We are searching for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead proficient in Golang for backend development and React.js for frontend applications. As the Technical Lead, you will be entrusted with leading a cross-functional team, making architectural decisions, reviewing code, and ensuring the high performance, scalability, and maintainability of our product. Your responsibilities will include handling the tenant for the product, mentoring a team of developers proficient in Go (backend) and React (frontend), designing scalable and secure architecture for product development, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and efficient code in Go and React, reviewing code to ensure adherence to engineering best practices, ensuring optimal system performance through monitoring and load testing, leading agile ceremonies, and staying updated with the latest trends in Go, React, and modern engineering practices. **Technical Skills (Must-Have):** - Strong expertise in Golang and Go-based web frameworks such as GRPC. - Profound knowledge of React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frontend tooling like Webpack and Babel. - Experience in designing RESTful APIs. - Understanding of Microservices, gRPC, and API Gateway concepts. - Proficiency with databases like Dgraph, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc. **Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have):** - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). - Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. - Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration like Kubernetes. **Soft Skills & Leadership:** - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a development team. - Strong communication skills to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and performance management. - Strong inclination towards action and ownership. **Education:** - B.
