Job Title: Technical Lead Golang Location: [Pan India ] Experience Required: 7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in Golang . Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead Golang to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting robust and scalable backend solutions using Golang, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of backend engineers working on Golang-based microservices. Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable backend systems. Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews. Drive best practices in software design, development, and deployment. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the system for efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and Golang advancements and bring innovative solutions to the team. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Golang development. Deep understanding of microservices architecture , RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and messaging queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Proficient in Git , Agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
