Technical Lead- Full Stack (ReactJs+NodeJs)

In this role, you will design & implement the best-engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (React + Node). - Experience in State Management (Redux or Zustand or Context) and backend development (Node.js, Express, or similar). - Familiarity with monorepo tools (Turbo, Yarn/Bun workspaces) and modular codebases. - Understanding of cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). - Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and API integration best practices. - Knowledge of automated testing and code quality tools (Jest, Biome, etc.). - Experience with React Native, Expo, Tamagui or similar UI library, and Storybook for cross-platform mobile/web development and creating reusable components. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of software development experience. - Strong experience with React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and backend development. - Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, bitbucket pipeline, or Jenkins. - Basic familiarity with AWS Cloud Services. - Preferable experience in Fintech Domain. - ORM database access and modeling knowledge (like drizzle).
