Technical Lead Full Stack (PHP/Node.js)

As a Technical Lead (Full Stack) with 8+ years of experience, your role will involve leading end-to-end development of complex web and software projects using PHP, Node.js, and modern full-stack frameworks. You will guide and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Taking ownership of architectural and design decisions, you will ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders is essential. Effective communication with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations is a key responsibility. Timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality and performance is crucial. Your participation in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical strategy discussions is highly valued. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) and Node.js runtime. - Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular, and RESTful APIs. - Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). - Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable taking client calls and leading discussions. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
