Technical Lead Full Stack (PHP/Node.js)

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead (Full Stack) at our company, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end development of complex web and software projects using PHP, Node.js, and modern full-stack frameworks. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring a team of developers, taking ownership of architectural and design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end development of complex web and software projects using PHP, Node.js, and modern full-stack frameworks. - Guide and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. - Take ownership of architectural and design decisions and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining code quality and performance. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical strategy discussions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development. - Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) and Node.js runtime. - Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular, and RESTful APIs. - Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). - Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD, and containerization tools (Docker). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable taking client calls and leading discussions. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
