Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

As a Tech Lead at ACC Limited, you will be responsible for spearheading the architecture, development, and management of scalable, high-performance applications. This leadership role requires a hands-on technologist who can drive solutions across the full stack backend, frontend, cloud, and logging. Your key responsibilities will include designing scalable microservices, implementing secure authentication strategies, guiding deployment architecture, ensuring high availability, performance, and security in AWS, Azure, or GCP. In terms of development, you will be tasked with developing and optimizing backend applications using Node.js, managing SQL (RDS) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases, as well as building RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Additionally, you will lead UI development using React.js, Angular, or Next.js, while implementing best practices in client-side rendering, server-side rendering, and SEO using Tailwind, Bootstrap, and other technologies. As a leader, you will be expected to lead engineering teams, promote Agile practices, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering, proficiency in Node.js, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong frontend skills with React.js, Angular, or Next.js are also required, along with experience in OAuth, SAML, JWT, DevOps pipelines, and logging stacks. To excel in this role, you should have proven leadership abilities, strong decision-making skills, and a track record of successful project delivery. Familiarity with Kubernetes, serverless architecture, event-driven systems, Jenkins CI/CD, Agile team management, and SEO best practices will be advantageous.
