Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of frontend developers on multiple projects.
• Take complete ownership of technical execution and team performance.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Guide team members with best coding practices and architectural decisions.
• Act as the bridge between developers and management/product teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 

  2 years of relevant experience

   in frontend development.
• Proven experience in 

  leading a team of developers

• Strong 

  technical background

   with hands-on experience in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Frameworks like 

  React.js

  Next.js, Vue.js,typescript etc.

• Version control tools like 

  Git/GitHub

• Strong understanding of
