Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Ahmedabad. As a Technical Lead at DevForge Technology Pvt Ltd, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, performing code reviews, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of developers across multiple projects. - Oversee the design, architecture, and development of scalable, efficient, and robust software solutions. - Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best coding practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Stay updated on the latest technologies and integrate them into the development process as needed. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Extensive expertise in JavaScript-based frameworks and libraries, including React.js, React Native, Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability. - Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing development teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and technical leadership. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
