Technical Lead Developer - Mobile Full Stack Applications

As a versatile and highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, your role will involve designing and developing scalable web, mobile, and backend applications. You will be responsible for building high-quality, performant cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart. Additionally, you will develop RESTful APIs and services using Node.js/Express and Java/Spring Boot. Integration of frontend components with backend logic and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) will be a key part of your responsibilities. Working with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or ROSA is essential. Leveraging AWS cloud services for deployment, scalability, and monitoring including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda will also be part of your tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and product managers is crucial. Participation in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, unit/integration testing, and performance tuning is expected. Maintaining secure coding practices and ensuring compliance with security standards is imperative. Your skills and qualifications should include: - Strong programming in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and React.js. - Proficiency in Flutter & Dart for mobile development. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. - Strong database skills in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. - Experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). - Familiarity with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes. - Knowledge of secure application development including OAuth, JWT, and encryption. - A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
