Technical Lead - AngularJS

You should possess 9 to 12 years of overall IT experience with a strong expertise in Angular (version 8 and above) to be considered for the role of Angular Lead. As an Angular Lead, your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of front-end developers working on Angular projects. You will be required to write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Angular, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and solution architecture. It will be your responsibility to manage timelines, task allocation, and ensure timely delivery of projects. To excel in this role, you must have hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and possess strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices and responsive design. Experience in team management, task allocation, and mentoring developers is essential. A good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is required along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
