Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end AI project delivery and ensure timely execution.
Mentor, guide, and manage engineering teams effectively.
Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for system design and development.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and scalability.

Requirements

10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in software engineering leadership/tech lead roles.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning platforms (Agentic AI experience preferred).
Hands-on expertise with Google Cloud technologies including:
BigQuery
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Cloud Run
Proven track record of independently leading and managing engineering teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Must be an immediate joiner
