The role of an associate in the IND team is to thoroughly review data for five critical quality factors: Consistency, Continuity, Completeness, Validity, and Referential Integrity. These data issues may arise during client data onboarding, implementation, and technical upgrades. It is important for the associate to periodically check data for anomalies even after client activation. Additionally, the role involves comparing data from the source to the destination across multiple subject areas. As an IC1 level employee, you will play a crucial role in the Health Data Intelligence team by serving as a subject matter expert in data onboarding and standardization. Your responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare data throughout the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing processes. You will conduct technical investigations, identify root causes of data issues, and resolve problems within the team's scope. Collaboration with external teams may be necessary to ensure timely issue resolution. Direct interaction with clients submitting service requests will be required to efficiently manage the support process. Your duties will involve reviewing data quality factors, particularly focusing on Consistency, Continuity, Completeness, Validity, and Referential Integrity during client onboarding, implementation, and technical upgrades. It will be essential to perform ongoing data quality checks post-client activation to maintain data accuracy across various subject areas. Analyzing and troubleshooting data inconsistencies, missing values, and errors will be necessary to uphold data integrity. Documentation of validation processes, issue resolutions, and system improvements will be critical for transparency and process enhancement. Compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data standards will also be required. Efforts to automate validation processes wherever possible will be expected to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will apply basic engineering principles to develop methods and procedures that enhance and maintain product quality standards.
