Technical Integration Lead

You will be part of a collaborative environment at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus, where you will be dedicated to increasing data analytics, eCommerce, and technology capabilities, contributing to boosting digital sales and creating a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure. This will support HUGO BOSS in maximizing data usage and becoming a leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Technical Ownership of O9 Platform:** Responsible for the technical aspects of the O9 platform, ensuring adherence to best practices. - **Team Leadership:** Manage a diverse team in the Digital Campus Center of Excellence for Planning. - **Hands-on Development:** Spend up to 50% of your time on strategic and development topics of the platform. - **Collaboration and Coordination:** Work closely with internal data engineering teams and solution architects to align with business requirements. - **Continuous Improvement:** Manage ongoing improvement of the platform, data workflows, and mappings. - **Data Transformation and Preparation:** Configure final transformations using o9's UI tools, including field mapping and creating calculated metrics. - **Data Integration with the o9 Digital Brain:** Configure data ingestion pipelines and map data to relevant entities within o9. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical subjects. - 6+ years of experience in Technical engineering with at least 2 end-to-end O9 Implementation projects. - Experience with o9's UI-based tools or a willingness to learn. - Supply Chain Expertise: Understanding of Demand, Supply concepts for a Global organization. - Business Acumen: Translate business planning processes into technical workflows. - Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Data Formats: Proficient in working with Parquet files and managing schema evolution. - Data Quality: Understanding of data quality checks and troubleshooting. - SQL and Python: Proficiency in SQL and basic Python for data processing and automation tasks.
