Technical Implementation Consultant

You will be joining as a Technical Implementation Consultant at Ripplehire, responsible for leading the technical implementation and configuration of RippleHire software for enterprise customers. Your role will involve engaging with customer IT teams to assess system requirements, conducting technical discovery sessions, designing and implementing integration solutions, and providing technical training to customer IT teams and administrators. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical challenges, support data migration efforts, and assist customers with single sign-on (SSO) implementation and authentication configurations. You will also be responsible for conducting testing and validation of integrations, developing technical documentation, and identifying potential integration risks in implementation projects. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation, software deployment, or system integration roles. Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, strong understanding of data formats and protocols, knowledge of database structures, SQL queries, and data migration best practices are essential. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages and familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices are highly preferred.
