As a Technical Helpdesk Coordinator based in Mohali, you will be responsible for delivering expert troubleshooting support to US customers through chat and remote access tools during the night shift. Your primary duties will include guiding users in resolving router, printer, and antivirus issues, remotely diagnosing and repairing system problems, and recommending premium service plans as needed. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong command of English in both written and spoken forms. Additionally, familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk is essential to effectively carry out your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work on-site during the night shift.
