Technical Fullstack Lead - (Full-time) Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full-Stack Lead Engineer to spearhead the development and maintenance of our next-generation platform. This individual will serve as the technical anchor for a cross-functional team, driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, robust, and high-performance applications from concept to production. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, utilizing a modern, containerized microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our highly available

  Microservices

  architecture.
• Define best practices for coding, testing, and deployment across the full stack.
• Drive backend development using

  Node.js

  to build scalable, high-throughput APIs and services.
• Lead the frontend development efforts using

  React.js

  , focusing on user experience, performance, and responsive design.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using

  Auth0

  for user and machine-to-machine security.
• Oversee the deployment pipeline and infrastructure, leveraging

  AWS

  services for reliability and scale.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:

   10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.

• Backend Mastery:

  Expert proficiency with

  Node.js.

• Frontend Mastery:

  Expert proficiency with

  React.js

  and its ecosystem.

• Cloud:

  Deep working knowledge of

  AWS

  (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS) and proficiency in utilizing

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  for production workloads.

• Architecture:

  Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable

  Microservices

  architectures.

• Security:

  Hands-on experience integrating and managing identity providers, specifically using

  Auth0

  for complex authentication and authorization flows (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, and a commitment to fostering a positive, growth-oriented team environment.
