Technical Field Engineer

You will be responsible for managing the installation and calibration of hardware and software systems for sensor-based solutions. This will include traveling to client sites, guiding system integrators, and ensuring successful deployment, calibration, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in hardware and software systems, sensor technologies, and the ability to train and collaborate with on-site teams. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the installation of hardware and software systems for sensor-based projects, guiding and training system integrators on proper installation procedures, performing sensor calibration to ensure accurate data collection, troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware and software components, conducting pre-installation assessments, documenting installation procedures and troubleshooting steps, providing technical support and guidance to clients and integrators throughout the deployment phase, and traveling frequently to various client and partner sites as required for project needs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields) or equivalent technical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in a technical field role, preferably involving hardware and software systems. You should also have a strong knowledge of sensor technology, calibration procedures, and troubleshooting, hands-on experience with hardware installations and software configurations, excellent communication skills for guiding and instructing integrators and clients, willingness and ability to travel extensively for on-site support, and a problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling technical challenges. Preferred qualifications for this role include familiarity with IoT and automation systems, experience working with system integrators and providing on-site training, and knowledge of network protocols and data transmission.,
