Technical Faculty Learning & Development

Role Overview: As a Technical Faculty in Learning & Development, you will be responsible for delivering classroom lectures and lab sessions on core Computer Science and Engineering subjects such as Problem Solving, Data Structures & Algorithms, DBMS, OS, AI, and ML. Your expertise in various domains like Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Networks, Cyber Security, Competitive Coding, Cloud Computing, etc., will be crucial in guiding and mentoring students. Your strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills will aid in conducting assessments, organizing mock interviews, and developing placement guides for student placements. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in at least one of the following domains: Problem Solving/DSA with Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Networks, Cyber Security, Competitive Coding, DBMS, OS, or Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP/Azure). - Deliver classroom lectures and lab sessions on core CSE subjects. - Possess knowledge of High-Level (System) Design and Low-Level (Object-Oriented) Design. - Conduct company-specific trainings and develop placement guides, technical materials, and assessment content for students. - Conduct MCQ and coding assessments periodically to evaluate student progress. - Organize mock interviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students in core subjects, projects, and career preparation. - Coordinate with technical trainers across campuses for training, placement events, and academic/technical initiatives. - Exhibit excellent communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude to effectively guide and motivate students in academic and extracurricular activities. Qualifications Required: - BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech with at least 3 years of industry experience. - Industry-level certifications in C/C++, Java, AWS, Linux, Networks, AI, ML, Cyber Security, or other core areas are highly desirable. - Prior experience in product development companies is a strong plus. - Willingness to conduct certification courses in emerging areas such as Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Big Data, etc. (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
