Job Title: Technical Trainer (Engineering) - On Site

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer with a background in Engineering to join our team at Delhi/Noida. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma). This position requires you to work from our On Site location of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for engineering concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Create engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning.
• Conduct training sessions virtually, catering to the needs of various learning styles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize training programs based on organizational needs.
• Assist in the development of training schedules, curriculum, and training materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) is essential.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role in the engineering field.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in using various training methodologies and tools.
