2. Prior experience: Smart contracts, Ethereum/Layer-2 solutions, staking platforms.
a. Solidity, Rust (smart contract languages);
b. Blockchain architecture (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon);
c. Experience with staking mechanisms (Validator nodes, rewards);
d. Familiarity with crypto payment infrastructure (wallet integrations, payment rails);
e. Tokenization methodologies (Real-world assets, NFTs, fractional ownership).
