Technical Executive - Network & Web Security

As a Technical Executive specializing in Network and Web Security at our leading Digital Systems & Services Integrator company in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure operation of web gateways, zero-trust environments, and data loss prevention solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting advanced security solutions to maintain high standards of security and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities and KPIs will involve configuration management of Secure Web Gateway, zero-trust, and Data Loss Prevention solutions, resolving network and web security incidents, conducting Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues, collaborating with OEMs and technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements, actively participating in review meetings, documenting detailed procedures and guides, supporting the integration of security platforms with other technologies, staying updated with the latest security trends, and providing timely support during escalations. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, experience with zero-trust architecture principles, proficiency in Secure Web Gateway and Data Loss Prevention solutions, hands-on troubleshooting expertise, incident management skills, system management abilities, and direct experience with Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access platforms. A Zscaler certification is preferred. Additionally, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and other relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or CISSP would be advantageous. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering is preferred.
