Job Description

Responsibilities:

Set up and install products at client sites.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to product setup, installation, and troubleshooting.
Conduct training sessions for clients on the operation and maintenance of our products.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of products into client systems.
Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site as needed.
Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of microscopes and related technologies.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of microscopes technology and its applications.
Proficiency in reading CAD design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support purposes.
