Technical Delivery Lead

As an experienced leader with 6 to 8 years of experience, the role based in Bangalore requires you to manage a Gen AI project efficiently. Your expertise as a Gen AI engineer will be crucial in estimating and leading a team to successfully deliver a high-profile, time-sensitive project. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, coaching, and leading AI Agent Builders and BA team to ensure quality delivery within set timelines. Utilizing Agile methodologies, you will prioritize delivery tasks, hold team members accountable for their deliverables, and adapt swiftly to changing requirements. Your role will involve overseeing the technical design and implementation of software solutions while ensuring they adhere to technical standards and protocols. In addition, you will be responsible for creating a professional team culture that emphasizes ownership, excellence, quality, and customer value. Your expertise in technical solutions will be crucial in guiding the team to develop interfaces, business logic, and provide innovative solutions.
