Technical Data Analyst

As a Business Lead Analyst at our company, you will be a strategic professional with recognized technical authority in your area of expertise. Your role will have a significant impact on the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. **Responsibilities:** - Gathering and documenting business requirements - Developing individual project artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, test planning documents, and project plans - Managing individual project responsibilities such as milestone setting, task management, and execution of plans within required timelines - Providing implementation and post-implementation project support - Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, support, testing, and development team members - Identifying and managing key project risks - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision - Acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members - Assessing risks in business decisions and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of experience - Proficiency in Tableau, Python, and Data Lineage - Strong organizational skills, motivation, and self-starting ability - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Experience in Equities IT and Cash Prime Brokerage flows - Track record as a Business Analyst in Financial Services/Investment Banking - Excellent communication skills and facilitation abilities - Quick grasp of new concepts and requirements - Experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools - Team player with relationship management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of the SDLC - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred This job description provides an overview of the work performed.
