Key Responsibilities: - Communicate technical solutions to customers through various channels, utilizing effective communication, listening, and comprehension skills. - Fully document customer interactions in real-time and may also create content for review. - Resolve problems promptly by leveraging a full understanding of product functions, features, and customer environments. - Analyze and troubleshoot product issues under intermittent supervision for day-to-day tasks and general supervision for new assignments. - Manage multiple tickets related to a range of technical problems. - Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to solve complex issues. - Articulate technical problems in simple terms to both management and customers. - Demonstrate leadership qualities and strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: - Minimum Education: High School or equivalent vocational qualification/experience - Minimum Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience Key Skills and Competencies: - Intermediate level skills in Microsoft business applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Customer service values and orientation. - Solid professional work behaviors such as attendance, teamwork, and time management. - Strong communication skills including listening, providing clear and concise information, and using proper language and grammar. - Full knowledge of job-related knowledge and procedures.
