Technical Coordinator

You will be responsible for developing process improvements or projects that benefit division/department initiatives, carrying out complex activities with significant financial impact, and serving as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain team/division goals for accuracy and timeliness - Follow core procedures and client-specific procedures daily and monthly - Identify trends, concerns, and root causes of departmental issues and errors - Serve as a resource for clients, partners, and team members - Develop process improvements or projects for division/department initiatives - Carry out complex activities with significant financial impact - Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees - Manage daily operational activities and supervise junior employees - Deliver work product requiring less revision Qualifications Required: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - In-depth functional/industry knowledge - Highly flexible and adaptable to change - Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) - College or University degree and/or relevant work experience preferred - Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) preferred,
