Technical Coordinator, AML

Role Overview: You will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of allocated workload, actively participating in the review of investor documentation, and adhering to AML processes and procedures. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues and line management to ensure efficient handling of investor due diligence documentation and escalation of issues as necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, providing support services for Australia Investor AML processes, and promoting enhancements to AML processes will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will ensure compliance with global AML regulatory requirements and exercise due care and diligence in your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Take responsibility for timely and accurate completion of allocated workload - Actively participate in the review of investor documentation and adhere to AML processes and procedures - Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently handle investor due diligence documentation and escalate issues - Maintain strong working relationships with partners in Northern Trust Investor AML Department in Australia - Provide support services for Australia Investor AML processes - Ensure compliance with global AML regulatory requirements - Exercise due care and diligence in responsibilities - Promote enhancements to AML processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting, CA or ICWA Inter/Master degree/IAQ/IOC or equivalent a plus - 4-6 years of overall experience - Previous experience in an Investor AML servicing role - Strong organizational and communication skills - Effective risk management abilities - Flexibility for shifts and extended working hours - Knowledge of day-to-day Investor AML processes and procedures Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
