• Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, whitepapers, email campaigns, product descriptions, case studies, and social media.


• Develop content strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term marketing goals.


• Collaborate with SEO, design, and product teams to ensure content is optimized for users and search engines.


• Edit and proofread content for grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and brand voice alignment.


• Stay updated with the latest trends in SaaS, technology, and digital marketing.


• Research competitor content and identify content gaps or new opportunities.


• Demonstrate understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization best practices.


• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) is a plus.


• Strong research skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into reader-friendly content.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in a SaaS or IT services company.


• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging technical and marketing content.


• Ensure plagiarism-free content using reliable tools and maintain originality in all writing assignments.
