Technical Consultant OIC / VBCS (Finance or HCM)

Role Overview: As a Technical Consultant specializing in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for Finance or HCM modules, your main responsibility will be to lead the architecture, design, and development of integrations using OIC. You will also be tasked with building, customizing, and maintaining applications using VBCS. Your role will involve collaborating with ERP/HCM functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver and manage multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring scalability, best practices, and technical excellence throughout all solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture, design, and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Build, customize, and maintain applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS). - Collaborate with ERP/HCM functional teams to convert business needs into technical solutions. - Deliver and manage 10+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations. - Perform hands-on coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Ensure scalability, best practices, and technical excellence across all solutions. Qualification Required: - 8-9 years of strong technical experience in Oracle OIC & VBCS. - Solid background in ERP and/or HCM modules. - Proven track record of 10+ Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP, OIC, VBCS). - Ability to independently write and deploy code (hardcore technical expertise). - Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, API integrations, and data mappings. - Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS ERP/HCM extensions & customizations. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.,
