Job Summary

L3 Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex issues unresolved by L1/L2 teams.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and optimization.
Lead design, configuration, integration, and deployment of technical solutions.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop and document solution architectures, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
Deliver POCs, solution demos, and technical workshops for customers.
Review and approve system designs, configurations, and code changes.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality.
Drive incident reduction initiatives through automation, best practices, and process improvements.
Mentor and guide L1 and L2 teams with knowledge transfer and advanced training.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and regulatory standards.
Support project management teams with estimates, risk assessment, and technical planning.

Mandatory Skills: Telecom Switching Routing NE Testing .
