Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant L2 with 8-10 years of experience in M365 Exchange Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical consulting and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Provide expert-level support for M365 Exchange Online, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for M365 Exchange Online implementations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on M365 Exchange Online best practices.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to M365 Exchange Online.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of M365 Exchange Online architecture and functionality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Experience working with technical consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
Familiarity with industry-standard technical tools and technologies, such as PowerShell scripting and automation.

The selected candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
