Job Description

Job Summary:

Technical Consultant L2

Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients and business teams to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
Provide L2-level technical consulting, support, and troubleshooting for applications, systems, or platforms.
Design, configure, and implement technical solutions in line with project requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and architects to ensure smooth delivery.
Support integrations, customizations, and enhancements of enterprise systems.
Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and optimization.
Document technical specifications, configurations, and solution designs.
Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to junior consultants or end-users.
Ensure compliance with security, quality, and best practice standards.
Escalate complex issues to L3 or architecture teams when required.

Mandatory Skills: SAP Cloud ALM.

Experience: 8-10 Years.
