Technical Consultant Int - Middleware Support/SQL/Python/MuleSoft

Role Overview: As a part of the leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administration of Platform & Integration services components such as Python-based adapters and services, Blue Yonder Connect based adapters (using MuleSoft), and other related tasks. You will work closely with a global team of technical staff within Blue Yonder Teams, Blue Yonder Customers, and Blue Yonder Partners to ensure smooth deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Applications, Integration Services, and middleware components. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for applications and services based on Python & Mulesoft - Support and resolve technical issues of Python-based adapters and services including other Platform/Integration components - Deploying, upgrading, and supporting Python / Mule / AMQ / services/technologies - Work with customer/application/product teams to ensure deadlines are met - Identify areas for improvement and automate manual tasks where possible Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree (STEM preferred) with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Software development/support - Ability to work flexible hours in shifts and provide 24x7 production support - Strong customer-facing and communication skills (verbal and written) - Knowledge of service management processes like incident, service request, change, and problem - Proficiency in ticket tracking tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira - Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server) - Experience with APIs (REST and SOAP), monitoring tools (Splunk, Zabbix, AppDynamics), and JMS messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ - Familiarity with ARM for monitoring and analysis, Windows, and Linux Operating Systems - Experience with Python & Mulesoft Connectors, ESB/middleware components troubleshooting and performance tuning - Ability to learn installation and configuration of Mule runtimes via Mule Management Console or Jenkins - SaaS/Cloud/Azure experience is a plus - Willingness to learn Blue Yonder Solution knowledge for optimized support and troubleshooting interactions - Experience with Planning or Execution Systems is a plus - Prior systems administration/application configuration management experience preferred - Adaptability to fast-moving project environments and ability to facilitate meetings effectively - Well-organized with the capability to meet deadlines and multi-task efficiently (Note: The section on "Our Values" has been omitted as it does not provide specific job-related information),
