Role Overview: You will be working as a Technical Communicator at Thinkproject, a European market leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain standardized technical documentation for software products using CMS tools and content strategy. Your role will be crucial in streamlining and centralizing the documentation process for optimal usability. Key Responsibilities: - Write engaging guides tailored to diverse target audiences to ensure understanding of the products - Simplify complex concepts into user-friendly content - Maintain a database of reference materials including procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation - Continuously assess existing documentation and propose innovative methods for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation - Implement best practices for data compilation and centralized storage - Administer and optimize the Content Management System (CMS) for efficient content management - Train and support authors and subject-matter experts in using the CMS platform Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of experience in content management or a similar role - Hands-on experience with CMS platforms - Proficiency in content writing and DITA XML understanding - Experience with MadCap, OxygenXML, or similar DITA XML Tool - Strong communication skills and ability to solve technical problems independently or as a team - Fluent in English - Positive attitude and good team spirit Additional Company Details: Thinkproject offers various employee benefits and initiatives such as Lunch 'n' Learn Sessions, Women's Network, LGBTQIA+ Network, Coffee Chat Roulette, Free English Lessons, Thinkproject Academy, Social Events, Volunteering Activities, Open Forum with Leadership Team (Tp Caf), Hybrid working, and Unlimited learning opportunities.
