As the Technical Coordinator at Madhya Pradesh Football Association (MPFA) in Jabalpur, your role will involve the following responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for planning and preparing an annual calendar of Football activities, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to organize Coach education activities, planning development activities for grassroots (Blue Cubs), Youth league, Inter school league, Beach soccer, Futsal, etc. Additionally, preparing fixtures, coordinating with officials for tournaments, visiting match venues for testing or inspection of the ground, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to organize Referee development activities will be part of your key responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Planning and preparing an annual calendar of Football activities - Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to organize Coach education activities - Planning development activities for grassroots (Blue Cubs), Youth league, Inter school league, Beach soccer, Futsal, etc. - Preparing fixtures and coordinating with officials for tournaments - Visiting match venues for testing or inspection of the ground - Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to organize Referee development activities **Qualifications Required:** - Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the state vernacular in reading, speaking, and writing - Minimal Coaching Qualification of AFC B-Certificate - Minimum of five (5) years of coaching experience in Domestic State/National leagues at the senior level - Good knowledge in Youth and Grassroots football management/development - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related Software applications on Windows-based systems - Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Please note that interested candidates should mail their applications along with copies of their credentials only through mail at mpfa@the-aiff.com with the subject as "Application for the Post of Technical Coordinator".
