Job Description

You should have at least 6 years of experience in business analysis roles involving complex applications. Your expertise should include a solid understanding of data structures, SQL queries, and stored procedures. It is essential to have a good grasp of the Treasury domain and balance sheet management. In this role, you will be expected to have an excellent understanding of financial products and treasury functions, including balance sheet management, liquidity management, NSFR, banking book risk, interest rate risk (IRRBB), and transfer pricing. You should also be familiar with the relevant data attributes, flows, and transformations associated with these functions. A successful track record of collaborating with testers on functional and regression test suites within a financial services organization is crucial. Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively understanding requirements and conveying solutions, test scripts, and results to both business stakeholders and the team. Your troubleshooting and analytical skills should be top-notch, enabling you to investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot various tasks efficiently. Desirable skills for this role include leadership experience, QA/Test Management experience, and knowledge of QRM.
