TECHNICAL AUDITOR- QC

As a Quality Control Inspector in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for conducting regular on-site inspections to ensure that real estate projects meet quality and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing project plans and specifications, collaborating with project teams to address quality issues, verifying project documentation, identifying risks, and ensuring project work progresses according to plan. You will also be required to develop comprehensive project quality and compliance reports, communicate with senior management and stakeholders about quality issues, and provide training to project teams on quality check procedures. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical auditing, quality assurance, or quality control in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.
