Job Description

As an Architect at Guidehouse in India, you will be responsible for recruiting, building, and leading high performance engineering teams. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert on three or more software and/or cloud infrastructure applications, enabling engineers to deliver value-added solutions to business stakeholders. Additionally, you will collaborate with product owners, project managers, and executive stakeholders to shape team roadmaps. To excel in this role, you should have experience in leading high performance teams and possess full stack development experience, understanding how to ship an application end-to-end. A robust working knowledge of either HCL, Golang, or Typescript, as well as either Azure or AWS, is required. You should also have a strong technical understanding of policies and procedures and deep project management knowledge. The ideal candidate holds a University Degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of prior relevant experience. Some positions may require a graduate-level education, such as a Master's or Doctorate degree, with relevant experience serving as a substitute for formal education or an advanced degree. Desirable qualifications include experience working in Platform Engineering teams, designing high availability systems, and possessing CNCF professional certifications such as CKA or CKAD.
