Technical Associate - Boiler

As an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a qualification of ITI / Diploma, you are required to have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience and knowledge in the following areas: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for handling Fire tube Boilers, High pressure and Medium pressure Plant steam Distribution system, Unloading, Storage, and Transfer of HSD & LDO (CCOE Tanks), as well as having knowledge on Softener systems. **Key Responsibilities:** - Good knowledge of Operation and maintenance of Boiler, CCOE Tank yard, and softener plant - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting day-to-day issues in Boiler, CCOE Tank yard, and softener plant - Responsible for intimating any incidents during the breakdowns to the supervisor - Ensure that all the Preventive maintenance of equipment in the Engineering department is performed within the due period as per the schedule - Ensure periodic inspection of Boiler and Compliance w.r.t to Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) - Ensure to Issue, control, and retrieval of documents (Logbooks) related to the Engineering Department - Ensure Spares, Inventory, and Dosing Chemicals are maintained as per the requirement **Qualification Required:** - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - First Class Boiler Operator certification - GMP & GDP In addition to the above, the following behavioral skills are essential for this role: - Safety Orientation - Quality Consciousness - Transparency - Achievement Orientation - Stakeholder Management - Analytical Thinking - Accountability & Ownership - Collaboration - Service Orientation **Location:** Ferring India Laboratories *Note: The JD does not contain any additional details about the company.*,
