As a Technical Assistant - Instrumentation at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of instruments and maintenance of records. Additionally, you will be required to attend day-to-day tickets raised by users and assist senior team members in maintaining the inventory of spares. Moreover, you will play a key role in attending Helpdesk requests for servicing, repair, calibration, and performance check of common and lab instruments. You will also assist senior team members with complex instrument repairs, maintenance, and calibration, including maintenance and calibration of weighing balances, fine balances, pH meters, conductivity meters, TDS meters, BOD incubators, CO2/ Tri-Gas incubators. Key Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance of instruments and maintain records - Attend day-to-day tickets raised by users - Assist senior team members in maintaining the inventory of spares - Attend Helpdesk requests for servicing, repair, calibration, and performance check of common and lab instruments - Assist senior team members with complex instrument repairs, maintenance, and calibration, including maintenance and calibration of specific equipment such as weighing balances, fine balances, pH meters, conductivity meters, TDS meters, BOD incubators, CO2/ Tri-Gas incubators Qualifications Required: - BTech/BE/B.Sc./B.Sc.(Hons) in Physics / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Computer Science / Instrumentation / Applied Electronics / Applied Science / Physical Science / Instrumentation Technology / Data Science / Software Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 60% marks and 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of large installations for institutes/industry where Research & Scientific work is carried out - OR Diploma in Computer/IT Engineering / Tech. of at least 3 years full-time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in Computer/IT Engineering / Tech. 1-2 years of experience in maintenance of large installations for institutes/industry where Research & Scientific work is carried out Please send your detailed CV within 15 days of this advertisement through email, mentioning "Technical Assistant - Instrumentation" in the subject line to apply for this position.,
