Technical Assistant Facility Manager

As the Technical Team Manager for the facility management of Stellar IT Park, a Commercial building, your role involves overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of various systems including electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire safety systems. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and service delivery. Additionally, you will manage energy usage and implement cost-saving measures to optimize operational efficiency. In the event of emergencies, you will need to respond promptly to minimize downtime for the building. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire safety systems. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections. - Coordinate with vendors for repairs and service delivery. - Manage energy usage and implement cost-saving measures. - Respond to emergencies and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime. Qualifications Required: - Strong technical expertise in Electrical/HVAC Systems is essential. - Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory). - Experience: Minimum 4 years in facilities management, ideally in commercial buildings. - Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills. - Ability to work during emergencies or on-call, as needed.
