Technical Assistant Facility Manager

You will be responsible for leading the technical team of facility management at Stellar Gymkhana Club near Pari Chowk. Your duties will include overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire safety systems. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with vendors for repairs and service delivery, manage energy usage, and implement cost-saving measures. In case of emergencies, you will need to respond promptly to provide resolutions and minimize downtime. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong technical expertise in Electrical/HVAC Systems. A B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory for this position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities management, particularly in commercial buildings. Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills are essential requirements. You should also be prepared to work during emergencies or be on-call as needed.
